How many guests may come to my party?
Party packages are built for up to 15 children because we can comfortably accommodate up to 15 children plus adults. If you wish to invite more guests, an additional charge will be added to your remaining balance of $8 + tax per child.
Will there be someone in the party room to serve my cake/pizza/etc.?
Yes! Even though it is ultimately each parent's job to ensure children are following the rules, each party will be assigned 1-2 Party Pros to help supervise the children in the play area and to serve food and drinks in the party room.
Can I bring alcohol for the adults?
To maintain a family friendly environment for all of our guests, the Bounce House maintains a strict alcohol free facility at all times.
What if I want a themed party supply (Barbie, Transformers etc.)?
Feel free to bring your own paper products for any theme you choose.
What do I have to do to reserve a party time?
A $50.00 deposit is required to reserve a package, with the balance due the day of your event. The Bounce House accepts cash, credit, and debit cards. For your convenience, we accept credit and debit card payments by phone, but we do not accept checks as payment.
Will my deposit be refunded if I cancel my party?
All party deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, unless notice is received 72 hours before your scheduled event. Patrons who do not provide a 72 hour notice may reschedule their event, provided that we receive 14 days advance notice. You have 60 days to reschedule your party before the deposit is forfeited.
How far in advance should I book my event?
The Bounce House strives to accommodate even the most immediate booking requests for any of our 3 private party rooms. However, to ensure availability on your chosen date, we advise our clients to reserve their event at least 2 – 3 weeks in advance for weekdays, and 2 months in advance for Friday, Saturday, Sunday, holiday, and summer events.
Will I be able to use the party room and play area for the full 1 hour 50 minutes?
YES, both the party room and playground are available for simultaneous use during your entire event.
What if I want to bring my own cake? Will my package price decrease?
You may bring your own cake however the price of the package will not be decreased.
Do you have any other food?
Yes, our snack bar includes pizza, drinks, chips, hot dogs, popcorn, home-made cupcakes, and coffee.
What is the shoe policy?
Adult admission is free, but they are expected to watch their children in the play area. No sneakers, tanning shoes, boots, or healed shoes are allowed in the play area for the safety of our customers. As such, we require EVERYBODY (Adults and Kids) to remove their shoes and wear socks. If you forget socks, we sell them for $1/pair.
Do you charge for siblings of party guests?
Any child who is of walking age and playing on the BOUNCE HOUSE playground is considered a "guest" of the party and counts towards the 15 max guest count.
Can I bring my own food?
No. Food is not allowed from outside of the facility for Open Jump, but you can conveniently purchase food from our snack bar.
Can I drop off my child?
No. To ensure the safety of your children, adult supervision is necessary and at no time may children be left unsupervised at the Bounce House.
How should children dress for the Bounce House?
Children should dress as they normally would to play in our temperature controlled facilities.
What is your shoe policy?
Adult admission is free, but they are expected to watch their children in the play area.
